Seminars & Further Training

Targeted knowledge transfer and practical training, so you can strengthen competencies, apply regulations correctly and operate with confidence.

Professional training and continuous education are essential in waste management, landfill operations and environmental protection. Regulatory requirements, technical standards and operational practices evolve constantly, requiring up-to-date knowledge and practical understanding.

We support authorities, planners, operators and technical personnel through structured seminars, workshops and training formats that combine regulatory insight with hands-on experience and real project knowledge.

Why structured training makes a difference

Technical regulations and operational requirements can only be applied effectively when they are fully understood. Insufficient or outdated knowledge increases the risk of compliance issues, operational inefficiencies and avoidable errors.

Well-designed training programmes create clarity, build confidence and enable participants to translate theoretical requirements into practical action.

By drawing on real project experience and current industry standards, we ensure that training content is relevant, applicable and directly transferable to professional practice.

What we deliver

Practice-oriented workshops and guidance.
We support authorities, planners and operators with workshops and guidance formats that explain waste management requirements and support the development of compliant concepts and plans.

Specialist seminars for key stakeholders.
Our seminars provide in-depth technical and regulatory knowledge tailored to the needs of authorities, planning offices and operators of waste and landfill facilities.

Operational training for landfill personnel.
We deliver targeted training programmes that combine theoretical instruction with practical operational guidance for day-to-day landfill management.

International delegation trips and exchange formats.
We organise and support delegation visits that promote international knowledge exchange, technology transfer and professional networking.

Clear learning materials and documentation.
Our training formats are supported by structured documentation and guidance materials that enable long-term use beyond the training event itself.

How we work

Our training programmes are developed based on operational experience, regulatory frameworks and participant needs. We balance theoretical input with practical examples and interactive exchange, ensuring that content remains accessible and relevant.

For international formats, we account for cultural, organisational and regulatory differences to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.

Workshops and guidance on waste management planning

Workshops and guidance formats support participants in understanding waste management frameworks and applying them in practice. We provide structured explanations of planning requirements, regulatory procedures and technical considerations, helping participants develop or review waste management concepts with confidence and clarity.

Specialist seminars for authorities, planners and operators

Specialist seminars focus on the specific responsibilities of different stakeholder groups. Authorities receive guidance on regulatory frameworks and monitoring obligations, planners gain insight into technical standards and design principles, and operators receive practical instruction on compliant facility operation. These formats promote shared understanding and effective cooperation between stakeholders.

Training for landfill operations personnel

Landfill operation requires specialised technical knowledge and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. We provide training that covers operational processes, environmental protection requirements and occupational safety. By combining classroom instruction with practical guidance, we support safe, efficient and compliant landfill operations.

Delegation trips and international knowledge transfer

Delegation trips create opportunities for international exchange on waste management and contaminated site practices. Participants gain insight into modern technologies, operational approaches and regulatory systems, while host organisations benefit from dialogue and cooperation.

These formats support technology transfer, capacity building and the promotion of sustainable environmental solutions.

Outcome

With targeted training and practical knowledge transfer, organisations can strengthen technical competence, improve compliance and operate more effectively. Our seminars and further training programmes support confident decision-making, reliable implementation and long-term professional development across the waste management and environmental engineering sectors.
