| Short description: | The Überseezentrum is the first section of the Grasbrook project area currently under development. A new district with residential and commercial development is planned.
A detailed report on the explosive ordnance situation was prepared by M&P experts. This includes the basic investigation with detailed historical research of the development of the site, as well as the risk assessment for various future construction works. Furthermore, the report includes a preliminary planning of the necessary exploratory and clearance measures with cost estimation. An excerpt from the report forms the technical contribution to the explosive ordnance clearance for the site report. |
